1. Empirecitybets.com Account Holders will have their deposit fees reimbursed on deposits of $100 or more.

2. The credit to the wagering account must be greater than or equal to $100 in order to be eligible for the deposit fee reimbursement. Fees will not be reimbursed on a sum of deposits that become greater than or equal to $100.

3. PayNearMe deposit fees are ONLY reimbursed on deposits of $100 or more and are limited to one (1) fee reimbursement per day. $100 or more must be credited into the wagering account. Deposit fees do not count toward the deposit fee reimbursement amount. (Ex: $100 PNM less the $4.95 fee results in a deposit to the wagering account of $95.01 and would not qualify for deposit fee reimbursement)

4. Deposits that are made followed by withdrawals without wagering are not eligible for deposit fee reimbursements.

5. Customers who accept the deposit fee reimbursement may not withdraw the funds from their account. It must be wagered.

6. Wagering must be conducted through the Empirecitybets.com internet account wagering system to be eligible for the rebate.

7. Eligibility is limited to one person per Empirecitybets.com wagering account. Rebated money is non-transferable and has no cash value.

8. There are no implied benefits other than those published or posted.

9. Empirecitybets.com reserves the right to exclude anyone from receiving the deposit fee reimbursement rebate for cause. All decisions of Empirecitybets.com are final.

10. Empirecitybets.com account holders are subject to all applicable state and federal tax requirements. Empirecitybets.com reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time.
