3. The crediting of bonus funds will take place the following afternoon.

9. If at any time EmpireCityBets.com becomes aware that an account holder is attempting to use deception, partnering, or any other impermissible method, the matter shall be investigated. If as a result of the investigation it is determined that an account holder has attempted to earn the 10% bonus through any of these means such account holder is subject to have their wagering privileges revoked.
